Here we go. It’s re-edit time again…and what bigger track to bring to you than Odyssey’s ‘Going Back To My Roots’ re-edited by LeSale.
I remember the original record of this as a kid on 7″ (a tribute to the image of my memory attached). LeSale is a marksman when it comes to hitting the nail on the head of a re-edit and this one is definitely one of his finest. Check it out here. I’ve been playing this for about a month now and thought it would be a timely track to share with you. That intro was always an awesome element to the track with the piano riff, but this edit draws all the best elements out of the song like salt to water.
