The first big call of the week but this track is hands down one of the best ‘unheard’ tracks of 2011 so far. Mr. Little Jeans have taken what was a good track by The Arcade Fire and given it an ‘edgier’ slice of downbeat spooky synth. One quote on Soundcloud was ‘Epic’, so I’ll go with ‘Epic Spooky Synth’.
You decide for yourself if you think this sets a benchmark for the year so far. I am just here to service you with the goods on a sneaky tune that has caught people off guard.
In the meantime, I’m going to give this one more listen…well, maybe two.
