OKAY KAYA has blipped on our radar and on first listen, we have a cross between Joan Armatrading and King Krule going on here.

Kaya also known as OKAY KAYA, 23, was born in New Jersey before moving to a peninsula outside of Oslo, Norway. She started performing at 15, playing guitar in her brother’s black metal group.

I’d like to see an edited short video of George Clooney and Sandra Bullock’s Gravity to this one.  Maybe that bit where George floats off into the darkness.
