SXSW 2013: Deadmau5 in the Sonos Studio Hau5 with Kat von D

 Deadmau5 head

We checked out the Sonos Studio at SXSW yesterday and it was a perfect day to catch up on all things for the new Sonos Playbar that has been launched, and for catching a sneaky visit to the Sonos Studio by Deadmau5 and Kat von D.

Deadmau5 and Kat Von D toured the Sonos Studio at SXSW and experienced the Sonos PLAYGROUND interactive audio-visual exhibition, built their own speakers out of everyday materials, and played video games with fans while deadmau5 played his favorite music throughout the venue.

Not to mention all of the above, what appeared to be the assistant to Deadmau5 dropped Meowingtons (the mouse head) and one of the ears fell off much to the gasp, horror and cheers of the waiting in line queue for a piece of the Deadmau5 cheese.

If you haven’t been down to the Sonos Studio yet, you should get yourself there (even if it is just to sit on the Sonos Tron like couch).
