Well this one flew under the radar. It’s never too late to listen to a class track though and Brika’s ‘Expectations’ is as stripped back as it gets but that’s not a bad thing here as the only instrument you want to listen to is Brika’s vocals.
What a slow burning song this is. This is a little like a hybrid of Adele, Banks and Kimbra. If you take a listen of ‘Mumbai’ it is all going on in those amazing pipes. It’s all good.
Keep your eyes on Brika.
