Back in October last year (in Australia), we went out and made a fine purchase of the album ‘Siberia’ by Lights and loved it so much we posted about it.  In fact, we’ve had it on our playlist ever since. Why are we telling you this, well, Canadian high-priestess of electro bliss Lights has teamed up with Toronto’s coolest boys’ club, Nightbox, for an all-out re-cast of  the track ‘Toes’ (taken from new album).  The album is now getting a release date in the UK in March.

We’ve loved the original of this track for some time and the remix by Nightbox is pretty special indeed.    If you know us already, you’ll know that we are heading to SXSW in Austin in a couple of weeks time and one of the highlights for us will be to see Lights perform.  It should be pretty awesome.

So….what you should do next is check out the remix of ‘Toes’ by Nightbox and also check out the album tracks from ‘Siberia’ below which are pretty awesome.  There are some seriously upbeat tunes and some quite awesome chilled ballads too.  A great combination.
