Oslo duo Philco Fiction definitely have given us something tender on this self-described ‘gospel pop’ jam, adorned by a steady horn section and potent backing vocals. As stunning organ chords lift singer Turid Alida’s sanguine melody, she sets the scene, cooing “I am on the road where everything is standing dead still,” before the rush of the song’s descent hits, Alida repeating “I keep thinking about running.”
